Today, Chuck Maricle, US Army Corps of Engineers trained and a partner and co-founder of Par5 Roofing & Construction, is proud to be part of our veteran owned and operated company that has a special fund exclusively for our U.S. veterans.
Like all Veterans, it is our obligation, duty and pride to make it our companies goal to give back to other veterans — a group especially qualified for most job opportunities, and often overlooked in the business world.
Our veterans have honorably served our country through the military. They have been on deployments, performed their military job with dedication and focus, and gained an abundance of skills and knowledge. After their service is up, and they are looking to get back into the rhythm of civilian life and enter the job market, they often run into difficulties. As our city watches with anxiety and pain in our hearts, we send our thoughts and prayers for the victims and their families, and for all those engaged in the vital work of relief, recovery and rebuilding. As fellow houstonians, we too have been sadly affected by Hurricane Harvey. And like many others, are trying to rebuild our homes and lives here in our home state. We have been fortunate enough to be able to lend out a helping hand to a large majority of our neighbors near us in Sienna Plantation and other Houston communities.
